We work closely with Stripe, a leader in the payments industry. All your information is treated in the strictest confidence and all data is encrypted.
Why has my payment been refused?
As well as the security systems put in place by Stripe, Moulinsmart team reserves the right to refuse any transaction that may be linked directly or indirectly with a suspicion of fraud. Moulinsmart is not required to justify any such decision.
When is payment taken from my account?
Payment is generally instantaneous or almost immediate. In some cases your account is debited after 24 hours following the confirmation of your order that you will receive from us by e-mail.
Why is my credit card not accepted?
If you want to pay with a foreign credit card or from abroad, you may have an error message and your transaction may be refused. We invite you to use another payment method and to contact your bank or credit card company if the problem persists. Depending on the problem, they will be able to find a solution (authorisation of the card for the geographical area, activation of the card, etc.).
Other possible problems with your credit card
Your credit card is not accepted in our webshop. We only accept: Visa, American Express and MasterCard. The credit card has expired. Please check the expiry date on your card. There is not enough money on your credit card.
