We accept cancellation requests within one hour of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Every product is custom-made and printed individually just for you. For this reason, we offer refunds in the form of store credit and exchanges only on defective or lost orders.
Examples:
– Damaged / poor quality printed item(s) – Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type) – Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you purchased) – Item(s) not received
To be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, send us a clear photo of the defective/wrong item to support@moulinsmart.com.
Once your item’s photo is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable: Moulinsmart not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
We can resend the items by charging a shipping/restocking fee item or refund your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or replacement.
